Process Requesting, Tracking, and Reporting

Establishing a Process Inquiry Form (PIF) so Process Owners can request assistance and Harvey Ball Tracking to show identified processes and their progress.

Process Inquiry Form

The PIF is a fillable form sent or obtained by a link for the Process Owner or Manager to fill-out. It's a casual form in that the issue/problem is described in regular English. If a Process Map name or ID is known, the PO is encouraged to note this.

Harvey Ball Tracking

An effective way to list current processes ID'ed and their completion status. Since this is within a spreadsheet, the indications have numeric representation: 0, 1, 2, 3, & 4.
